Enjoy the unique combination of traditional South Tyrolean dishes, enriched with Italian influences, lovingly prepared with fresh local products.
Your day begins with a vast, varied breakfast buffet. At dinner we spoil you with a 4-course menu with a fresh salad buffet and various choices.
Weekly highlights like a gala dinner, South Tyrolean specialities menu, starters and dessert buffets and, weather permitting, a barbeque in our garden.
For regaining energy in-between we offer a small selection of à la carte dishes or a traditional top-up snack.
Lagrein or Chianti, Gewürztraminer or Pinot grigio, herbal tea or Cappuccino, local Williams schnaps or Ramazotti – we offer traditional products and Italian delights also in our house bar and wine cellar.
