Saunens

Wellness is "in", wellness is a lot, above all, and wellness is wellbeing.

Our small, but fine, sauna world offers wellbeing and authenticity. It is open daily and at the disposal of our guests free of charge. Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. and after 8 p.m. you can book the sauna for yourself.

We have no Chinese Shiatsu, no Thalasso with seaweeds and no Indian Ayurveda. But, do we really need this being located in the heart of the beautiful Dolomites??

The comfortable 90 degrees in the Finnish sauna relaxes your body and soul (from the Finnish "wooden room").

In the Herbal sauna you will gently start sweating. After an adventurous day your body is heated slowly. The inhalation of alpine herbal essences has a revitalising and relieving effect.

Due to the high humidity in the steam bath, the respiratory tract is moisturized, the skin pores are opened and the organism starts sweating. The fine essences from mountain pine, stone pine or eucalyptus support the relieving effect.
