• Cancellation up 16 days before arrival 00%
• Cancellation 15 days to 08 days before arrival 50%
• Cancellation 7 days to 01 day days before arrival 80%
You can change your travel period (for 12 month) free within 8 days before arrival. Of course
your deposit will be credited.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES
SECURITY in the hotel sector
All employees are trained in the area of hygiene in advance, we guarantee maximum hygiene protection in all areas. All surfaces and contact points are disinfected and cleaned several times a day. Disinfectants are available in all areas of our house.
HYGIENE in the rooms
Our rooms and bathrooms are properly cleaned and disinfected before arrival. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly, and laundry is disinfected.
The prescribed minimum distances are guaranteed in our dining room, terrace and at the bar. If possible, the dishes are brought to the table. Free disposable gloves are provided for serving at the buffet.
It is also important to keep a safe distance from other guests outdoors, with the exception of family members. Our large garden around the hotel guarantees a lot of space and free movement for our guests. The lying and seating options in the garden / terrace are placed at a safe distance. Unfortunately, there is still no definitive guideline for the use of the saunas and are therefore closed until further notice. But we keep you up to date. The public outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts are open and can be used free of charge by our guests. The hygiene and distance rules are also observed there.
We point out that the rules of conduct can be changed. (current status: 29.05.2020)
Prices shown will from 1.1.2016 attract a tourist tax of € 1,70 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
Conditions for withdrawal:
It’s always a pity if rooms remain vacant although other guests are just waiting to book.
We will gladly try to be tolerant if we get informed in advance.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be credited but not refunded
At late cancellation the room will be put back on sale. Should we be unable to rent the room out again, the following rates based on the total amount will be charged as compensation:
- Cancellation 30 days until 15 days prior to arrival: 40%
- Cancellation 14 days until 8 days prior to arrival: 60%
- Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival: 80%.
