It’s always a pity if rooms remain vacant although other guests are just waiting to book.

Conditions for withdrawal: 
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be credited (for maximum 12 month) but not refunded.
At late cancellation the following rates based on the total amount will be charged as compensation:

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 00%
• Cancellation 29 days until 15 days prior to arrival: 40%
• Cancellation 14 days until 8 days prior to arrival: 60%
• Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival: 80%
• late arrivale and/or early departure: 80%

SECURITY in the hotel sector
All employees are trained in the area of ​​hygiene in advance, we guarantee maximum hygiene protection in all areas. All surfaces and contact points are disinfected and cleaned. Disinfectants are available in all areas of our house.

HYGIENE in the rooms
Our rooms and bathrooms are properly cleaned and disinfected before arrival. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly, and laundry is disinfected.

GUESTNET
For hygiene reasons, we removed the information folders from our rooms. All useful information about the hotel can be easily accessed via our Guestnet. Events, weekly programs, timetables, tips, news, etc. can always be found on Guestnet.

Tourist tax:
Prices shown will from 01.01.2024 attract a tourist tax of € 3,00 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
